About me
Perhaps you would like to know this…
I have always been curious about people, their decision-making processes, and life paths. I enjoy exploring how our environments shape our thoughts, which situations evoke strong emotions in us, what behaviours we consider normal, and what we find strange, foolish, or embarrassing, to say the least.
In my work, I often refer to the concept of „cultural glasses” because we all wear them, viewing the world through the lenses of our cultures, often without realizing it. People from other cultural backgrounds also wear them, but their lenses may be tinted with different colours. And so, when discussing the same topic or examining a problem, we often see it differently. This is a common cause of misunderstandings arising from cultural differences.
As a coach and cross-cultural trainer, I emphasize the importance of recognizing our own 'cultural glasses’, and occasionally taking them off.
